At Jaipur Loom Studio, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care by skilled artisans in Jaipur. Because our products are carefully curated and produced in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general preference after purchase.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged during transit)
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selection, size, or color chosen by the customer
- Minor variations in print, color, or pattern, as each handcrafted textile carries unique artisan characteristics
- Normal wear and tear after use
